The challenges on this site are for educational purposes only. The outcomes of simulated scenarios are not necessarily representative of real world outcomes. Thus the challenges should not be used as a means of predicting the results of decisions in real world conditions.

Unauthorized activity. You agree not to share your login credentials with others. Further you agree not to use this site for any unauthorized purpose or to violate laws in your jurisdiction. Specifically, you are restricted to accessing the content that your membership level provides. You agree not to reverse engineer the site or otherwise gain access to parts of the site for which you have not been authorized, or to the servers on which the site runs which it runs. Further, you agree not to attempt to use this service to post, transmit, or relay unsolicited messages ("spam").

This website in its entirety, and all associated materials, belongs to Curious Duck Digital Laboratory, LLC and are protected by United States and international laws regarding copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property or property rights. You agree not to republish content from this site in any form, or distribute any downloadable materials without express prior written consent or except as expressly provided in these terms.

IN NO EVENT WILL CURIOUS DUCK DIGITAL LABORATORY, LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS OR DAMAGE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL OR OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) CONTRACT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF CURIOUS DUCK DIGITAL LABORATORY, LLC, IT'S AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, OR RESELLERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, CURIOUS DUCK DIGITAL LABORATORY, LLC MAXIMUM CUMULATIVE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOUR FOR THE SERVICES (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT OR CIRCUMSTANCE GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIMS.

Modifications. We may update these terms from time to time. In particular we reserve the right to update these terms to clarify intent, to reflect changes in the law, or as necessary as our service and offerings evolve.
